Tariscope 4.1
SoftPI has released a new version of Tariscope. Tariscope is a call accounting and telecom billing system. Tariscope 4.1 has some new features and fixes.
New features
Rates for incoming calls
The main innovation of Tariscope 4.1 is a rating of incoming calls using different rates. The previous versions of Tariscope allowed to specify a single rate for incoming calls. Now the Tariscope user may specify different rates for different areas both for incoming and outgoing calls. The figure below displays an example of the Tariscope configuration tree where outgoing and incoming rates are set.
New feature for the details of the records
The previous versions of Tariscope had a possibility to view all CDR fields of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for the Tariscope user. Now some features were added for this mode. The user can filter data by any field, find a desired data, view the descriptions of the columns, etc. An example of the Tariscope view is shown in figure below.
Support of UCM6100 and UCM6510
The support of PBXs from Grandstream Networks has been added in Tariscope 4.1. Tariscope supports UCM6100 and UCM6510.
Support of CMR format for the last CUCM versions
Processing of CMR format from Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) was added to Tariscope more than two year ago. But Cisco Systems has extended number of fields in CMR files during this time. Now Tariscope processes all fields of CMR files.
New document type
A new document type has been added in Tariscope. It is used for a comparison of rating results.
Fixes
- Some corrections in the Tariscope report forms.
- Fixed bug with related records with the call transfer for the CUCM.
