By default, the Active view checkbox is checked. The user has an opportunity to choose anther call view as a data source to analyze traffic intensity. To do this, check the Selected views checkbox and select views in the table. It is possible to choose several views at the same time. If you select a few views, the diagrams of intensity can be displayed in the same coordinate area or in the different areas. To display the diagrams of intensity in different areas, check the Each view in a separate area checkbox.
The Trunks parameters window allows you to strengthen data filtering conditions which will be used for traffic intensity. It is possible to choose a route, trunk or group of trunks for which the traffic intensity will be calculated. For this purpose, click on the "…" button, being to the right of the Routes/Gateways box. The Select routes/gateways window appears an example of which is shown in the Figure 3.10.2.

If the traffic intensity graph is based on the current day's data, and you want the graph to automatically change with the arrival of new CDR data, select the data update period in the Update period list. The following values are available:
- Infinity,
- Five seconds,
- Ten seconds,
- One minute,
- Ten minutes,
- Thirty minutes,
- One hour.
The value of Infinity means that the data will not be updated. It is installed by default.
