2.4. Generalized reports
2.4.2 Generalized for all groups
Report form file name:all-groups-new.rdl
The report displays summarized data on different types of calls of the group and each subscriber of this group. If a hierarchical structure of subscriber groups is used, the nesting level of the groups should be set. By default, it is equal to 4. Subscribers in the report are grouped according to their belonging to a specific group. The report has the following parameters: period, group nesting level, filter. Filters saved in the system can be used as a filter. The report is created in landscape orientation.
Variables:
- From. The date from which the calls will be taken into account in the report.
- To. The date until which the calls will be taken into account in the report..
- Number of levels of groups. Allows you to specify how many levels of groups will be included in the report.
- Filter. Allows you to set additional call filtering conditions that will be taken into account in the report. It should be used if you have previously created a suitable filter in Views, or if you know SQL. A filter is a condition used in an SQL query after the WHERE statement. Information on the fields of the Tariscope database tables can be found in the Tariscope System Database Catalog.
