Warranty support

Warranty support of Tariscope or its individual components is carried out within one year from the date of the license delivery.

The warranty support includes:

  • an error correction during five days from the moment of receiving full information about the error from end user;
  • free upgrade to new Tariscope versions;
  • high-priority technical support.

Extended support of Tariscope

Support period for Tariscope 4.6.x  for Tariscope 4.5.x to 4.6  for Tariscope 4.0 to 4.5 for Tariscope 3.x to 4.0

The table shows the technical support prices, which are percentages of the current license prices.

The extended support includes the same items as the warranty support.
