2.2. Working with views for calls

2.2.10 Selection of related records

If you are interested in call analysis involving more than two subscribers, for example transfer, conference, then you can select all records associated with a particular call. Related records are used for the purpose.

First, find one of the records belonging to such a call. For example, if you are interested in transfer calls, you can create a view that will contain only transfer calls. But to understand which records belong to a particular call, select one of the records and click on the Show related records button on the toolbar. The view will display all records which belong to the call.
