2.2. Working with views for calls
2.2.12 Selection of calls for a period
If you want to change a period for which call information displays in a view, click on the Active view filter icon on the toolbar. The Active view filter window appears as it is shown in Figure 2.2.12.1.

The window contains the Period list that includes the following items:
- No filter. The period is used that you specified during the creation of the view.
- Today. The item allows you to select calls for today.
- Yesterday. The item allows you to select calls for yesterday.
- This week. The item allows you to select calls for current week.
- Previous week. The item allows you to select calls for previous week.
- This month. The item allows you to select calls for current month.
- Previous month. The item allows you to select calls for previous month.
- This year. The item allows you to select calls for current year.
- Previous year. The item allows you to select calls for previous year.
- Selected month. In this case the Year and Month lists appear where you can select the desired year and month.
- Selected year. In this case the Year list appears where you can select the desired year.
- Custom period. The item allows you to specify any period to display calls.
Select the desired period and click on the Apply button. The view will display call information for the selected period.
