Benefits of Tariscope to collect and analyze CDR from 3CX Phone System

cdr collectionTariscope (SoftPI) allows you to collect, process and analyze the call information from different telephone systems including 3CX Phone System of different versions.

3CX Phone System contains an internal call accounting subsystem. But this subsystem has a very limited capabilities than Tariscope. Tariscope provides a huge number of benefits to work with 3CX Phone System.  We list the main benefits:

  • Tariscope collects, processes and analyzes the call detail records (CDR) from one or several PBXs. If you have several 3CX Phone System, Tariscope provides a collection and processing CDR in the single place.
  • Tariscope can obtain CDR from 3CX Phone System using the TCP/IP server, TCP/IP client or from folder on the 3CX server. It gives you a wide choice of options to collect the data.
  • There is no need to study the CDR format of 3CX Phone System. Simply, select the appropriate type of PBX in Tariscope during the configuration and use the default set of CDR fields in the 3CX Phone System.
  • Tariscope collects and processes CDR the newest versions of 3CX Phone System and older ones.
  • Tariscope provides a real-time monitoring of calls. This allows you to monitor the basic parameters of a call as well the name of the area where, or from which the call was made, its current cost and a number of other parameters.
  • Tariscope allows you to disconnect a current outgoing call, if the cost of the call exceeds a predetermined value. This feature can be used to combat fraud. As well as customers of the Tariscope Enterprise edition can use it as one element of control over the implementation of the budget for telephone calls.
  • Tariscope can disconnect an outgoing call, if a calling party is absent in the Tariscope database. This feature can also be used to combat fraud.
  • Tariscope can automatically fill the subscriber database using the subscriber database of 3CX Phone System.
  • Tariscope can disconnect an outgoing call if a customer's balance exceeds a predetermined credit limit. This feature is applicable only for the Tariscope Provider edition. It allows telecommunications service providers to deal with accounts receivable and can also be used to combat fraud.
  • Tariscope contains more than 140 report types. In addition, Tariscope allows the user to edit these report forms or create own ones.
  • You can fully control and manage all the costs of telephone calls using Tariscope with restriction feature.
  • 3CX Phone System does not support authorization codes. But it is possible, if you use 3CX Phone System together with Tariscope.
