Tariscope 4.5.5
SoftPI is excited to announce a new version of Tariscope, Tariscope 4.5.5. Tariscope is a call accounting and billing system that is used in more than 30 countries. The new version of Tariscope includes several new features and bug fixes from previous versions.

Tariscope Personal Area
Tariscope Personal Area is a Web application that allows subscribers to have information on their calls, to pay for the telecom services, to get reports or other documents an so on.
For the current version of Tariscope, the Tariscope Personal Area was supplied as a separate application included in the general installation package. Now it is fully integrated into the Tariscope system. When installing, now you do not need to choose whether to install a Personal Account or not. A single page to login is used for both administrators and subscribers of Tariscope 4.5.5 (Figure 1).

Configuration of the Tariscope Personal Area parameters is now performed by the administrator in the Tariscope application: menu Additional options → Personal Account (Figure 2).

Also, the interface of the Personal Area has been completely redesigned, an example of which is shown in Figure 3.

The subscriber now has more opportunities to analyze his calls than in previous versions (Figure 4).

The subsystem of payment for telecommunication services through the Personal Area has been updated. The subscriber has the ability to pay for services using a card, PayPal (Figure 5).

Support of Unify OpenScape Business X
Unify OpenScape Business X has been added to the set of PBXs supported by Tariscope (Figure 6).

Updates for CDR data sources of Observers
Updated the data source for SFTP client. In previous versions, this client had difficulties with some SFTP servers.
Updated the data source FTP server. Now it additionally has functions of going to the parent folder, renaming, and moving a file to another folder.
Views for services
Added display of payments in this view. Previously, only charges were displayed.
Views for calls
The new version of Tariscope allows you to define the type of call for incoming calls. Previously, this feature only worked for outgoing calls.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug with importing subscribers from an external file. Previously, if the file did not contain information about the rate plan, then the subscriber was assigned a rate plan without a name.
- Fixed toolbar in views.
- Fixed some localization bugs.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when reopening license information.
Using Tariscope 4.5.5
Any official user of the system who has active warranty or post-warranty support can use the new version of Tariscope 4.5.5.
