New version. Tariscope 4.6.4

SoftPI is pleased to announce the release of a new version of the billing system, Tariscope 4.6.4. This version contains all the updates that were made from December 2022 to June 2023 for version 4.6.3, as well as some fixes.

New features and fixes

1. New methods have been added to the Tariscope API, which are mostly intended for users of the Tariscope Provider, who are telecommunications service providers. These methods will allow third-party applications, such as accounting applications, to interact with and exchange information with the Tariscope system. New Tariscope API methods include the following:

  1.1. Receiving information about charged communication services of a specific subscriber for the specified period.

  1.2. Entering information about payments received from subscribers into the Tariscope database.

  1.3. Receiving information about the subscriber's payment for the specified period from Tariscope.

  1.4. Creating a new subscriber.

  1.5. Adding a phone number (DN) to the subscriber.

2. The HttpOnly parameter has been added for cookies used by the Tariscope system, which increases the security of the system.

3. Refined algorithm of work using SSL certificate. Stopping the Reporter and Scheduler services has been added to the Tariscope Start (Windows) application when the Tariscope service is stopped. In previous versions, they had to be restarted individually in order for them to be able to work using HTTPS.

4. Fixed an error that occurred on Linux when saving the price and date of the service.

5. Fixed a bug in saving widget settings from the dashboard.

6. ResourceUsageWidget has been temporarily removed from the list of available widgets.

Update to Tariscope 4.6.4

All users of the Tariscope system who have warranty (technical) support can switch to the new version, Tariscope 4.6.4.

Users who are out of warranty (technical) support must purchase either technical support or a version upgrade to use Tariscope 4.6.4. Both purchase options are equivalent in capabilities and price.

The price of the Tariscope 4.6.4 billing system (Enterprise and Provider) remains the same as the price of the Tariscope 4.6.3 system until the end of this year.
