New version of Tariscope
SoftPI is pleased to announce the release of a new version of the Tariscope billing system, Tariscope 4.6.7. This version includes all new features and fixes that have been made since the release of the last update for Tariscope version 4.6.5 in November 2024.
New functions
1. TSconnector programs for the Tariscope restriction function when working with 3CX v20
The Tariscope system has been supporting the 3CX IP PBX for more than a decade and a half and also allows you to use the restriction function when working with this PBX. Recall that the restriction function in Tariscope allows you to set a limit on external calls to 3CX. When this limit for a subscriber is exhausted, Tariscope changes the access to external lines for this subscriber in 3CX. After the period of access restriction is removed. The latest version of Tariscope 4.6.5 supported the restriction function for 3CX v18. Due to the fact that 3CX changed the API in version 20, this functionality in Tariscope has stopped working.
In Tariscope 4.6.7, programs have been added TSconnector programs for Windows and Linux, which must be installed on a server with 3CX v20. The interaction between the TSconnector program and Tariscope is performed using the setcos-subscriber-3cx-v20.cs script, which was also developed.
A description of how to configure the restriction function in the Tariscope system when working with 3CX v20 will be posted on the website in the near future.
2. New methods of Tariscope API
In Tariscope version 4.6.7, the following new Tariscope API methods have been added (Figure 1):
- tariffs.plans. This method allows you to get from Tariscope a list of tariff plans that are created in the system. This method may be useful for Tariscope Provider users.
- tariffs.details. This method allows you to get detailed parameters of all tariffs or a specific one. This method can be useful for both Tariscope Provider and Tariscope Enterprise users.
- tariffs.time. This method allows you to get the parameters of a specific tariff, which depend on the day of the week and time. The method can be useful for both Tariscope Provider and Tariscope Enterprise users.
- service.list. This method allows you to get a list of services created in Tariscope and their parameters.

3. New forms of statistical reports
New forms of statistical reports were added in Tariscope 4.6.7.
3.1. Daily costs of subscriber
The report provides information on the daily total number of calls and their total duration in seconds, the number of calls with cost greater than 0 and their corresponding total duration in seconds, as well as the total cost of calls over a certain period for a specific subscriber. A graph of the subscriber's daily call costs is also created (Figure 2).

3.2. Daily costs of subscriber group
The report provides information about the total number of calls per day and their total duration in seconds, the number of calls with a price greater than 0 and their corresponding total duration in seconds, as well as the total cost of calls over a certain period for a specific department. It also creates a graph of the daily cost of calls for the department (Figure 3).

3.3. Daily costs of PBX
The report provides information on the total number of calls per day and their total duration in seconds, the number of calls with a cost greater than 0 and their corresponding total duration in seconds, as well as the total cost of calls over a certain period for a specific PBX. A graph of the daily cost of PBX calls is also created. (Figure 4).

3.4. Daily costs of node
The report provides information on the total number of calls per day and their total duration in seconds, the number of calls with a cost greater than 0 and their corresponding total duration in seconds, as well as the total cost of calls over a certain period for a specific communication node. A graph of the node's daily call costs is also created (Figure 5).

4. Database update 236
4.1. The BankAccount field of the Abonents table has been expanded from 50 to 100 characters. This allows you to store two subscriber account numbers in this field.
4.2. In the stored procedures ab_engine_limiting_clearabonentdebit and ab_engine_limiting_clearalldebit, an update of the LastRestrictDate field value of the AbonentCredits table has been added when removing restrictions from one or all subscribers. This value will be displayed on the Restricted Subscribers page until the subscriber is restricted again.
Correction
5. Time value from the calendar box of the report form
Fixed an error in transferring the time value from the calendar box of the report form when setting report parameters. This error resulted in the time being transferred to the report without a time offset, and this offset was already added in the report form. This additional time offset has now been removed from the report forms. Therefore, before installing the new version, you should delete all reports that came with the Tariscope 4.6.5 installation package or earlier from the C:\ProgramData\Tariscope\Reports folder. If necessary, you can move these files to another folder. This must be done so that updated versions of the report forms are installed when you install Tariscope 4.6.7.
6. Updated report forms
All report forms that use the DateTime type parameters have been redesigned. Therefore, we would like to remind you once again that before installing Tariscope 4.6.7, you should delete or move all reports from the folder: C:\ProgramData\Tariscope\Reports to install the updated report forms.
7. Convenient display of subscriber search results
Added a more convenient display of subscriber search results by phone number on the Subscribers page. Phone numbers that are currently inactive are displayed in strikethrough italics.
8. Displaying communication nodes in the PBX Creation Wizard
Fixed an error where on the Equipment Creation Wizard page on the 1st step, when the number of communication nodes was more than 10, the Next and Cancel buttons remained in place and crawled onto the node table.
9. Parser for Unify OpenScape Business X
The parser for Unify OpenScape Business X has been improved. Records without a caller ID are now correctly processed. In addition, call processing has been added where information element 9 has the values 42 and 45.
Upgrade to Tariscope 4.6.7
All Tariscope system users who have warranty (technical) support can upgrade to the new version of Tariscope 4.6.7.
Users whose warranty (technical) support has expired must purchase either technical support or a system version upgrade to use Tariscope 4.6.7. Both purchase options are equivalent in terms of capabilities and price.
The price of the Tariscope 4.6.7 billing system (Enterprise and Provider) remains the same as the price of the Tariscope 4.6.5 system.
