Full-scale support of the restriction feature for CUCM
The main innovation that appeared in version of Tariscope 3.5.30 is a full-scale support of the restriction feature for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) by Cisco Systems.
Now the Tariscope system (either the Enterprise edition or the Provider edition) allows you to automatically change the parameters of a subscriber access on CUCM to various telephone networks when a pre-set limit on the calls is used up. When a new charging period is begun, Tariscope automatically restores parameters of the subscriber access on CUCM.
In the previous versions of Tariscope you can set only the automatic notification about an depletion of the limit for somebody, for example, the Tariscope administrator. Then the administrator had to perform changes of parameters of the access to telephone networks (traditional or IP telephony).
The limits can be set individually for each subscriber, or a group of subscribers, for example, a department. The limits can be set both in monetary terms and in the time format.
All this allows users of Tariscope and CUCM automatically monitor the implementation of the budget for telephone calls, thus a company can spend on phone calls only those funds that have been planned.
