Tariscope 4.0 is available

The Tariscope 4.0 billing system is available to download. About innovations of the version is already reported in the article. Apart from them a few innovations were added in the final version.

Processing of all the fields for SI3000 / SI2000

Now all CDR fields of SI3000 / SI2000 (Iskratel) can be processed and stored in the Tariscope database. Earlier only the fields that used for billing purpose were processed and saved. This, of course, leads to an increase of the Tariscope database, but allows administrators to search and analyse any call information that SI3000 can provide. Because of the CDR file has a binary format, the processing of the data without special programs is impossible.

New fields in a call view

• Calling party. This field shows the values of the From subscriber field for outgoing calls and the From telephone field for incoming calls.
• Called party. This field shows the values of the To telephone field for outgoing calls and the To subscriber field for incoming calls.

In many cases, the presence of these fields in the view is sufficient to analyse who is called party and calling party.

Feedback

Now you can send information about any problems with the system to the developers directly from the Tariscope program. For this purpose, an icon was added in the upper right corner of the Tariscope program. When you click on it leads to the opening of the Feedback window. The window contains a snapshot of the screen. The user can add the comments and attach the necessary files.

Licensing

A Tariscope customer who has a warranty may download and use the new version.

Other customers should to purchase the warranty support to use the new version.
