The new version Tariscope 4.4.1

SoftPI is pleased to announce the release of a new version of the telephone call accounting system and billing system, Tariscope 4.4.1. The new version contains a number of innovations and bug fixes of the previous version.

New features 

1. It was increased the field value to save a company name. The name can now include up to 250 characters. Previously there were 100 characters.
2. At the login to the program, the addresses of the Tariscope servers are saved. This can be convenient when you service multiple Tariscope servers. It eliminates the need to enter the server address every time. Now it is enough to enter it once and then select from the list.
3. When assigning a service to a specific subscriber, you can change the base cost of the service by changing the value of the service cost or setting a coefficient. This function is relevant only for the Tariscope Provider edition.
4. The non-removable user, administrator for the Tariscope Web Administrator application, was added. This is relevant for users who plan to upgrade to the Web version of Tariscope. The next version of Tariscope Web Administrator is scheduled for release in February 2019.

Fixes

1. The HiPath 4000 parser was improved to process the custom CDR format.
2. In the 3CX Phone System parser, an error that occurred when processing a certain type of CDR was fixed.
3. The bug was fixed in Cisco IOS VoIP (CallManager Express - CME) parser. For some records of failed calls, the call duration was not equal to 0.

Accessibility

The Tariscope 4.4.1 installation package is available on the site. All users of the Tariscope system who have warranty or post-warranty support can install this version.
Before any Tariscope update, we recommend that you create a full backup of the Tariscope database. The new version of Tariscope can be installed without uninstalling the previous version.
