New version of Tariscope 4.4.2
SoftPI has released a new version of the telephone call accounting system and the Tariscope 4.4.2 billing system. The new version contains new features and bug fixes of previous versions. Most of the updates concern the Tariscope Web Administrator (TWA) application.
General updates
1.Added the ability to create and assign bundles (service packages) to customers that reduces the setup time. This function is relevant for users of the Tariscope Provider edition. An example of a TWA page for setting up bundles is shown in Figure 1.

2. The Tariscope administrator can now assign several managers of a subdivision (group of subscribers), information about the calls of which they can view using the Tariscope Personal Area. Previously, it was possible to assign only one manager for a separate group of subscribers. An example of the Tariscope program window for adding team leaders is shown in Figure 2.

3. Added settings for CDR user format from HiPath 4000, which allows you not to process records with calls that are made from specific phone numbers, for example, 9999 or 99999.
4. A bug in the HiPath 4000 parser has been fixed, due to the fact that calls with a duration of 0 seconds were not detected as "No answer".
5. Fixed the formation of RDL reports with parameters.
6. The error of the Mediant 1000 parser has been fixed.
7. Fixed the bug that was present when creating prefixes. The prefix parameter for the incoming call direction was not saved.
New functions in TWA
The functions listed below were in previous versions of the Tariscope program, but were not yet implemented in TWA.
1. Added call export from TWA to hotel systems or others.
2. Added rate - services.
3. Added recalculation and clearing of services in customers' accounts. This function is relevant only for Tariscope Provider users.
4. Added archiving, restoring and deleting calls from the Tariscope database.
5. Added delete duplicate calls.
6. Added data sorting in views.
7. Added import of calls and services from external files.
8. Added the ability to create reports that are available to other users of the system. Added logging reports.
9. Added general TWA operation log.
10. Added RDL report format settings.
11. Added a page for analyzing the loading of directions, channels, lines of communication.
12. Added hierarchy when creating call categories.
13. Added the ability to create a profile to access the Active Directory (AD).
14. A task to synchronize the parameters of subscribers with AD has been added to the Tariscope Scheduler.
15. The ability to save changes to the parameters of view has been added.
16. Information on the license parameters and the period of support has been added to the main page.
