CDR data source in Tariscope to collect CDR from
Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office (OXO)
Tariscope call accounting and billing system provided a collection and handling CDR from Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office (Alcatel-Lucent OXO) only through the serial port in the previous versions.
The Tariscope installation package from 24/06/2019 and next versions support the ability to collect CDR from Alcatel-Lucent OXO using Web services.
This ability is supported for Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office platforms from Compact Edition to e-Business Edition.
Then select the Observer profile associated with Alcatel-Lucent OXO or create a new profile if there is no such profile. Select the Settings for this profile, as shown in the picture below.

In the Data source list box, select the Alcatel OXO item. Click on the Data source configuration icon. The configuration window appears as shown in figure below.

In the Server box, enter http address using the pattern: https,
where ip_address is IP address of Alcatel-Lucent OXO,
ip_port is IP port of Alcatel-Lucent OXO. By default, the following IP ports are used: 443 or 30443.
In the Login box, enter a username, which will be used to connect to PBX.
In the Password box, enter a password.
In the Interval (sec) box, enter the period through which Tariscope Observer will perform requests to PBX to get CDR.
All other settings are done the same way as for other data sources.
Next, you need to make sure that all the settings to collect CDR using Web services are completed, and then start Tariscope Observer.
