Variables:
- Start of period. The date from which information will be provided on all long-distance, international and calls to mobile operators' phones for the selected period of the given subscriber.
- End of period. The date on which information will be provided on all long-distance, international and calls to mobile operators' phones for the selected period of the given subscriber.
- SubscriberId. Subscriber ID..
