2.4.14 Summary report by routes
Report form file name: routes.rdl
The report displays summarized data on outgoing and incoming calls made through certain routes (groups of channels or lines) that connect the PBX with another or TMZK. The report displays the total number of calls that were made through a specific route, their cost, duration and averages. The report cannot be used to display data for IP telephony phone systems that use gateways. The report uses portrait orientation. The report requires the presence of the Tariscope.dbo.SecondsToTimeFormat function in the Tariscope database..
Variables:
- From. The date from which summarized data on outgoing and incoming calls made through certain routes (groups of channels or lines) connecting the PBX with another or TMZK will be displayed in the report.
- To. The date by which summarized data on outgoing and incoming calls made through certain routes (groups of channels or lines) connecting the PBX with another or TMZK will be displayed in the report.
- ID of PBX. PBX identifier. It can be obtained from the Device Management page - Devices, ID column.
