2.4. Generalized reports
2.4.15 Generalized report by group of subscribers
Report form file name: single-group.rdl
The report allows you to obtain generalized data on subgroups that are part of the selected group, as well as on subscribers who are directly in this group. For each group, the number of outgoing calls, total and average durations and costs are given
Variables:
- From. The date from which aggregated data will be displayed for subgroups that are part of the selected group, as well as for subscribers who are directly in this group in the report.
- To.The date by which aggregated data will be displayed for subgroups that are part of the selected group, as well as for subscribers who are directly in this group in the report.
- Group's ID. The ID of the group. It can be obtained from the Subscribers page, ID column.
