Tariscope Personal Area
Tariscope system provides information about calls, account status, and much more not only for system administrators or Tariscope users, but also for subscribers (customers). For this purpose the Tariscope Personal Area was developed. A Tariscope license includes the Tariscope Personal Area (hereinafter Personal Area). The Personal Area is install together with the Tariscope system, but the administrator must configure its parameters.
Any subscriber (customer), whose data is in Tariscope, can have access to the Personal Area via the Web.
What can a subscriber (customer) do in the Personal Area? He can:
- view and edit his profile;
- view, search, export information about his calls, IP traffic;
- view, search, export information about calls of a subscriber group if he has appropriate rights;
- set a category for his call, for example: Private, Business, Partner, etc.;
- view account status (for the Tariscope Provider Edition);
- execute payments for telecommunications services (for the Tariscope Provider Edition);
- obtain different documents such as calls reports, invoices, agreements, etc.;
- change its rate plan (for the Tariscope Provider Edition);
- find the required country or area code;
- find the desired phone number (extension) in the corporate telephone directory;
- send an issue to the Tariscope administrator;
- keep its own phone book, which allows him to see the name of the subscriber, to whom he called or from whom he received a call.
The Personal Area is accessible on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Below we consider in detail each feature of the Personal Area.
Features of Personal Area
After a subscriber enters URL address of the Personal Area, the login page is displayed as shown in Figure 1.

Today the Personal Area is accessible on the following languages:
- English;
- German;
- Ukrainian;
- Russian.
You can select the desired language on any page of the Personal Area.
To enter into the Personal Area, subscriber can use an email address or login that are used to enter to the computer if the Personal Area was configured to works through Active Directory.
When subscribers use an email address as a login, the Tariscope administrator must also set the initial passwords in the system and pass them to subscribers. The subscriber can later change this password in the Personal Area.
Personal data
This page allows a subscriber to view general information including a contact, list of extensions (phone numbers), rate plan etc. The example of the Profile page with the opened Personal data tab is shown in Figure 2.

If it is allowed in the configuration of the Personal Area, a subscriber can change this information. In this case, the subscriber must click on the Edit button and change the required data.
An example of the Rate plan tab is shown in Figure 3.

If it is allowed by the administrator, then the subscriber can change his rate plan on this tab.
The Phone numbers tab displays a list of telephone numbers (extensions) that belong to the subscriber and their parameters. An example of this tab is shown in Figure 4.

The Services tab displays information on the services that are assigned to the subscriber. It is relevant for the Tariscope Provider edition. An example of this tab is shown in Figure 5.

Account
The Account page is intended for the Tariscope Provider edition. It allows a customer to view his account status for the selected month, namely:
- summary of the account, which shows the debt at the beginning of the month, charges for the month, the monthly payment and debt at the end of the month;
- charged services for the selected month;
- details on the charges;
- aggregated data on the charged services for calls and / or IP traffic.
The example of the Account page is shown in Figure 6.

Calls
This page of the Personal Account allows you to view the calls made or received by the subscriber, setting the necessary conditions for filtering, sorting or grouping data, and also allows you to set a category for each call and export the selected calls to an external file.
The example of the Calls page is shown in Figure 7.

Calls of group
If the subscriber is specified in the Tariscope system as a manager of a subscriber group, the Department calls page is available for him. This mode allows to view, filter and sort the calls information on all subscribers or selected subscribers.

This page is very similar to the Calls page.
IP traffic
You can use this page if Tariscope is used to collect information about IP traffic. This page allows to view general information about IP traffic for the selected month (Figure 9).

Documents
The Documents page allows a subscriber to view, filter, sort and download any of the documents that have been allowed by the Tariscope administrator. This can be invoices, contracts, information about rate plans, reports on calls or IP traffic in graphical or tabular form, and others.
The example of the Documents page is shown in Figure 10.

Payments
The Payments page is relevant only for subscribers of telecom operators who use the Tariscope Provider system. This page allows you to pay for communication services using one of the following payment systems, depending on the one set by the Tariscope administrator::
- PayPal,
- Liqpay,
- Privat24.
The Payments page is shown in Figure 11.

If you are a telecom service provide and you want to use another payment system, contact SoftPI. We are ready to update Tariscope.
Phonebook
The phone book allows you to enter the names and phone numbers of the subscribers with whom you are communicating. If there are calls from or to them, the names from the phone book will be displayed on the Calls page. An example of a Phonebook page is shown in Figure 12.

Issues
The Issues page provides the feedback for subscribers with the Tariscope administrator. A subscriber can create an issue, request an invoice, change of rate plan, etc and trace the answer of administrator. This page can be useful for the Tariscope Enterprise or Tariscope Provider editions.
The example of the Issues page is shown in Figure 13.

Subscribers directory
This page allows for a company that is used Tariscope to provide a phone directory for its employees. The Directory of internal phone page displays only those subscribers that were allowed by the adminitrator. When you choose this item of menu, the page appears similar as shown in Figure 14.

The table contains a list of subscribers group (units, departments) and subscribers of root level. To view subscribers of any group, click on the its name. The table will display content of the selected group as shown in Figure 15.

To find the required subscriber, enter in the Search box his name and click.
Directory of external directions
The Directory of external directions page allows to find the required country or area code. This page can be applied with the Tariscope Enterprise or Tariscope Provider editions. If you choose this menu item, the page appears that is similar to shown in Figure 16.

To find a country or area code, in the Search box, enter a country or area name, and click.
If you click on a cross next to the name in the table, a sublevel of directory is opened.
