3.11 Customers' accounts
3.11.4 Data input about customer's payments
Information on the customer's payments for telecommunications services can come to the Tariscope system automatically, if the payment was made through the Payments page of the Tariscope Personal Area. Also this information can be entered manually in the Accounts view of the Tariscope program. In this section the data input about customer's payments is described.
Select the required customer in the Accounts view. On the toolbar in the Account actions list, select the Add payment item. The Account payment window appears. An example of the window is shown in Figure 3.11.14.

In the Payment box, enter the sum of the payment from the customer.
In the Payment date calendar list, select the date when the payment was made.
In the Payment type list, select an option how the customer made the payment. The following options are possible:
- Unknown.
- Cash.
- Receipt.
- Bank account.
- Pin code.
- Web.
If you wish you can add a description to the payment in the Description box.
In the Bank list, enter or select the name of bank through which the payment was made.
Click OK.
