Features of the Tariscope Observer service settings to receive call details from a remote computer
The site has published an article describing some of the features of the Tariscope Observer when retrieving data from files located on a remote computer.
By default, the Observer service is created with the rights of the LocalSystem user. The LocalSystem account has access rights only to certain resources of the local computer and cannot be used to remotely access files located on a remote computer. Therefore, in order to configure Observer to receive files from a remote computer, you must create a user who will have the required rights (read or read/delete) on the folder that contains CDR files.

Possibilities of rating in Tariscope

Tariscope includes a flexible call rating system that takes into account a rate plan assigned to a customer (subscriber), currency, type of day, time of day, various types of rounding, free seconds and much more.
Tariscope allows you to specify any number of rate plans that combine a set of rates. In addition to rates, rate plans may include some services that should be charged to all customers.
